Yes, for right-handed people, the affirmative option should be on the
right hand side [no, I 'm not suggesting making it configurable :)].
In general, forcing the user to read confirmation queries is usually
bad. Better to have:
Document already exists!
Cancel Overwrite
than:
Document already exists,
Continuing will overwrite!
Cancel Okay

`Ok' = nothing
